PHOTO POLICY

The Winona High School Mountain Bike Team ("The Team") reserves the right to photograph practices, events, programs, races, and participants at any of the facilities or properties, or any event sponsored by The Team.  Use of photographs may be used by The Team for promotional purposes and may be used in publications and media communications in any format as The Team decides without any obligation to provide compensation to those photographed.

Attendance at mountain bike programs and events constitutes consent to be photographed for use in print and/or electronic publicity for The Team.  To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.  If you do not want us to use a photo of you or your child, please tell the staff member coordinating the event before the program or event.

If you see a photo of yourself or a family member that you wish not to be used by the Team please notify staff.  The Team will take reasonable steps to remove and dispose of the photograph.  The Team may not be able to remove the photograph from printed media or other existing media where the photograph may have been used, but it will refrain from using the photograph in its future media.
